Nia continues to build upon its efforts and success in the area of homeownership by offering classes in credit management, home acquisition, budgeting, insurance and home maintenance. With the support of Saint Paul’s Baptist Church, Nia has renovated a house in Church Hill with plans to do more. Additionally, Nia plans to support the church in its efforts to provide affordable senior housing.
