1 lb can black beans
1 red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 green bell pepper,coarsely chopped
1 small can chilies
10-12 oz. frozen corn,thawed
1-2 scallions
Dressing
1 garlic clove,mashed,or chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 lime juice and or balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Black pepper to taste
Mix dressing together and pour over the bean salad. Stir and garnish with shredded lettuce.
Serve.
